获奖者分三个阶段甄选审核的过程：

遴选专责小组

各奖项类别的遴选专责小组会评核每份提名，筛选时或需相关领域的专家协助。每个遴选专责小组提交授奖建议予奖项推荐委员会

奖项推荐委员会将负责审议由遴选专责小组提交的授奖建议

奖项理事会

奖项理事会将审议奖项推荐委员会的授奖建议，并由奖项公司的董事会核准，作出最终决定
遴选专责小组
遴选专责小组由五位该奖项类别范畴或领域之国际顶尖学者或专家组成。每个奖项类别的遴选专责小组负责评核提名及提交授奖建议予奖项推荐委员会。

奖项推荐委员会由六位不同领域之顶尖学者及人士组成。奖项推荐委员会负责组成及监督遴选专责小组，决定三个奖项每年度之关注领域，审议由遴选专责小组就每一个奖项提交之获奖候选人建议报告。
